Key Responsibilities
  • Implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and collection performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end collection operations, including the collections call center.
  • Set and monitor targets and productivities of collections agents.
  • Conduct interviews and support onboarding of new staff.
  • Prepare and forecast collection performance reports.
  • Approve credit notes and refunds.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Motivate, coach, and guide team members to achieve targets.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage staff performance and disciplinary actions.
  • Approve monthly leave, overtime, and incentives.
Qualifications
