About the job

• Monitor key Collection performance indicators. Present any findings/insights and actionable recommendations to management in a weekly regular meeting for different markets.
• Work closely with the collections team to ensure alignment between strategy and operations.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust collection strategies through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.
• Work with data science team to integrate advanced analytics into collection strategies.
• Continuously implement A/B testing for different collection strategies to determine which approaches are most effective and optimize recovery.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve Collection performance.
• Participate on new product/program launch and process change implementation.
• Manage, Support, review and monitor team of Analysts and make sure they scale-up and grow.
• Coordinate task alignments and prioritization.

About you

• 4+ years of experience in collections, risk management, or a related analytics role, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, SAS, R).
• Experience with collection management systems and decision engines.
• Analytical and creative problem solver, with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high accountability.
