Job summary

A leading surveying company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Executive for its Essential Oil Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in a related field. Familiarity with coal mining, mineral metal, or agriculture industries is preferred.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Required language(s): English.

At least 1 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Good negotiation skills, Excellent selling and influencing skills, Strong communication and presentation skills in English and other languages, and Planning and organizational skills.

Preferable experienced in the same field of coal mining, mineral metal, petrochem, marine, and agriculture industry (surveyor company, shipper, trader, or buyer).
Job Description

Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue.

Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.

Monitor database of prospecting client through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.

Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.

Handle customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem.

Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.

Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
