Job Title

Clinical Application Specialist, IGT-S

Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S Indonesia, you will provide clinical expertise through pre‑sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and the handover of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions.

Your Role
  • Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations, and advising the sales force during customer acquisition.
  • Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Actively participating with the sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Educating the sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address market changes. Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Supporting new product launches.
  • Customer trainings and handover of newly installed IGT‑S products or new end‑users.
  • Setting up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer.
  • Training customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered cath‑labs, patient monitors and C‑arm equipment.
  • Reporting to the IGT‑S business unit on difficulties in optimal usage of the equipment.
  • Delivering customized competency‑based training material packs when required.
  • Supporting user group meetings when required.
  • Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback about the quality of training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying “on track” with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, including radiation protection and health and safety regulations, and taking immediate action in case of hazards or accidents.
  • Ensuring that all clinical applications training complies with the company’s quality policy.
  • Reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standards and following up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
  • Being part of the APAC IGT‑S Clinical Applications Specialist Team and, when other specialists are unavailable, covering other countries outside Indonesia.
You are the right fit if
  • University degree in a relevant allied health discipline.
  • In‑depth knowledge of cath‑lab, C‑arm and radiation safety, and proficiency in one of the clinical segments such as Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, Vascular or Neurology.
  • Preferably 2–5 years of experience in clinical applications or as a radiographer in a hospital setting.
  • Experience using cath‑lab or C‑arm and advanced applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to utilize problem‑solving, critical thinking and priority‑setting skills.
  • Fluent speaking, understanding and writing in English and the local language.
  • Teaching experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • No obstacle to traveling extensively within Indonesia and across APAC when necessary.
