As a Clinical Application Specialist (Basic Care) at B. Braun you will play a vital role in providing hands-on clinical training at customer sites and online mainly to Healthcare Professionals in Hospital to improve the clinical performance of Infusion Therapy products. Actively support the customers, business and Product Management and Service teams in everything related to product responsibility. A recognized expert and to make an important impact by helping all customers become more successful and knowledgeable. This position will work in a dynamic team of Applications Specialists within Marketing Team and other modalities and report to the Product Manager/Business Unit Head (BUH).

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of medical devices (LVP, IV Catheter, IV Set, Oncology, Infusion Pump)
• Deliver concept and product training for the sales team.
• Provide on-site and remote support during device implementation, assisting healthcare teams with troubleshooting and optimizing device usage.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in device functionality and usability and communicate this to the product development team.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide clinical insights that can help to deliver the value of the devices to potential clients.
• Participate in clinical trials or studies to evaluate the effectiveness of new devices, contributing to data collection and analysis.
• To gain insight into the market situation and market competition for the infusion therapy business.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Min 2 years' experience as a Clinical Specialist within medical devices.
• Min 2 years of experience as nurse, i.e., ICU/OT/ER/Infection Prevention Nurse/Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) background preferable.
• Experience in conducting presentations, English command, and has knowledge on systems (i.e., Microsoft Excel, etc) and hospital digitalization.
• Required to travel frequently to client sites.
