We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Client Success Manager / Project Manager to lead client support and operations for a career coaching and job search program. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients — guiding them through the journey, supporting their progress, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience.

In this dual role, you’ll also keep our coaching team aligned, manage workflows, and improve systems so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
