Chubb Life - Financial Business Partner Senior Officer

The incumbent is responsible to act as financial strategic advisor and business partner; influence decision-making; improve the understanding of business performance; developing strategies; delivering analysis and insights on P&L; providing options and scenarios for business decisions.

Support local, regional, and global projects as assigned and develop financial plans and models based on an in-depth understanding of business needs with the objective of achieving growth and profitability target.

Development of insights and business recommendations based on regular insights to manage expenses / budget and financial accountability.

Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance monitoring drivers, forecast future trend, co-create solutions and participate in actions to improve business result.

Coordinate with related stakeholders to review the proposal of projects/business activities and financial aspects related.

Coordinate with related stakeholders to review the achievement of sales performance through several indicators such as APE, GWP, Persistency etc and related to the budget that has been approved.

Adhere to the policy and procedure related of risk management, compliance, legal and other departments as per company’s direction.

Min. Bachelor degree from Accounting, Finance, Mathematics

Min 2-3 years working experience in Insurance industry

Strong knowledge on the concepts of not limited to General Accounting, Actuarial, Investment, and Risk Management in an Insurance industry
