Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to Management and the Board.
• Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes and develop financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and accounting standards. Coordinate external and internal audits; manage relationships with auditors to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax reports and statutory requirements.
• Manage cash flow planning and funding strategy to ensure availability of funds as needed to optimize working capital through receivables, payables, and inventory controls.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, analyzing production efficiency, managing inventory value, and providing pricing recommendations based on cost and margin analysis.
• Act as a strategic financial advisor for diverse stakeholders, guiding key decisions with financial insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering capability and accountability.
• Manage financial systems and ERP to ensure accurate reporting, drive digital improvements, support system upgrades, and uphold strong financial controls and governance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in manufacturing. (e.g shoes, garment, fmcg, furnishing, injection & assembling)
• Proven track record in cost accounting, inventory control, and factory finance.
• Experience communicating with multi-owner or multi-stakeholder business structures.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must.
• Strong ERP system knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
