A leading consumer goods company in Jakarta seeks a professional to take ownership of offline channel management, ensuring sales performance and maintaining key account relationships. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, with fluency in English preferred for business communication. Candidates with multilingual capabilities and experience in sales or international markets will be prioritized. This position involves business travel across Southeast Asia.

Job description

Take full ownership of offline channel management, with direct accountability for offline sales performance and delivery of business targets.

Manage and expand KA accounts and distributor networks, develop and execute channel strategies, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and core retail stores.

Oversee and drive purchase order (PO) management, improve sell-in performance, and ensure effective execution of channel orders.

Define, implement, and control channel pricing frameworks and promotional strategies, ensuring channel health, price discipline, and sustainable long-term growth.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in offline channel management, regional sales management, or similar roles, with the ability to independently manage regional or nationwide channel operations.

Experience in sales or international market exposure is a plus; candidates should be comfortable working in multilingual business environments.

Background on the brand side (ToC) with a solid understanding of consumer goods channel operations.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Fluent English communication skills, capable of supporting daily business discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Location: Menara Sun Life, Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta, Indonesia, with business travel to Southeast Asia as required.
