Business Development Manager – Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage partnerships, including renewal of partnership contracts, and establish strong working relationships with Principals.
• Manage enablement activities for internal teams and external partners to support business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage events in collaboration with the Principal’s Marketing team and work closely with BERCA’s Marketing and Sales teams.
• Carry and be accountable for achieving the assigned quota from the Principal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1‑2 years of working experience as a Channel Product Manager in IT Distribution.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail (mandatory).
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
