Job Description

  • Translate, interpret, and provide language support for the CEO's communications with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, handle correspondence, and prepare documents.
  • Assist in project management, tracking timelines, and communicating updates.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a related role, preferably within the agriculture industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and working closely with senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools.
