Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase catering revenue and secure new catering contracts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their catering needs and requirements
• Preparing and presenting catering proposals and pricing to clients
• Overseeing the coordination and execution of catering events, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction
• Monitoring and analysing catering sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing catering menus
• Providing leadership and guidance to the catering sales and operations team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and hygiene regulations
