• 4 years experience in Catering, MSE, event management, food and beverage, or related area.
• Proven experience in managing reactive and proactive catering sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Meetings & Special Events division.
• Develop strategies to meet or exceed the needs of guests and employees.
• Oversee catering sales efforts and develop local catering business.
• Ensure highest level of guest service in all event management operations.
