Job Description
  • Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead negotiation with suppliers to secure the best cost, terms, and promotional support.
  • Plan and manage sourcing, promotional activities, and supplier collaboration to maximize category performance.
  • Oversee product and assortment management, ensuring the right mix, quality, and availability across stores.
  • Review sales performance, conduct data analysis, and recommend actions for optimization.
  • Monitor product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and category space allocation to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum education S1 in any major.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Category Manager or Buyer in retail/FMCG.
  • Strong skills in negotiation and data analysis.
  • Commercial mindset with strong understanding of category performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate findings into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Note: Willing to be relocated in line with office transition (from Bintaro, South Tangerang to Pondok Gede, Bekasi).
