Qualifications

  • Experience in Housekeeping / Front Office department for at least 1 year.
  • Willing to work on a shift schedule.
  • Ability to handle urgent matters outside of scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and inquire about their reservation.
  • Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS system.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch.

Job description
What you will do
  • To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner
  • Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system
  • Ask for the guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form is filled correctly
  • To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Cabin Branch
  • Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area)
  • Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded.

  • Relevant work experience in Housekeeping / Front Office department at a hotel/resort property for min.1 year
  • Willing to work on the shift schedule
  • Willing to work outside time schedule if there are urgent matters
  • Neat appearance & well groomed
