What does day-to-day look like?

• Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth execution of processes, adherence to SOPs, and operational effectiveness & efficiency.
• Implement strategies to improve store productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience across all retail locations.
• Manage inventory control, supply chain coordination, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability and minimize losses.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards to maintain store excellence.
• Lead, train, and develop store teams to drive performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and merchandising, to align operational strategies with business goals.
• Sales monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
• Build & maintain a good relationship with the Mall management team

What does amazing look like?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or other related fields.
• 4-6 years of experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG. Proven track record in driving sales & scaling multi-store operations. (Highly preferable in the Retail Fashion & Apparel industry).
• Strong understanding of Retail Operations Management & SOP Implementation
• Experience with Inventory Control & Supply Chain Coordination.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) and team player skills.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and understand customer experiences process.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to adjust and provide support during busy times when the business needs it.
