• Starting as an individual contributor to forming your own Cluster with the goal of growing your team
• Executing 360-degree recruitment cycle of Business Development and Recruitment
• Identifying business opportunities through customer prospecting and sales pitching
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Reporting to Managing Director/CEO based in Singapore

Qualifications

• Experiences in 360-degree recruitment cycle with extensive knowledge and skill in business development or B2B sales
• Proven record in business development and recruitment
• Target driven and passionate to grow
• Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
