Overview

This is a start-up company (subsidiary of a big corporation) that handles the development of SaaS products (HRIS, ERP, etc) and is currently looking for a Sales Manager with experience in similar fields. This position will be responsible for gathering leads, pitching the product to the potential customer, and communicating with the internal team regarding the development needs.

Responsibilities
  • Gather leads and build a qualified pipeline in alignment with company targets.
  • Pitch the product to potential customers and articulate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Experienced Account Manager or Business Development professional from the same industry with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Lead/Senior Sales.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; assertive and team-oriented.
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya and travel to other areas in Indonesia.
