Business Development Senior Associate (Tangerang)

We are currently looking for a BD Senior Associate. In this role, you will drive the achievement of business objectives by leading sales initiatives, expanding client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth across the company’s business development and sales functions.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines, converting leads, and closing deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive and agile.
  • Implement and own OKRs/targets to align with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support business growth and client success.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to management regularly.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by business needs.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
  • Working experience in total with minimum 1 years in Education Technology
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms
  • Good communication, negotiating, and analyzing skills
  • Strong relationship building skills to engage and influence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proactive and eager to learn new things
  • Based in Tangerang
