Job description

BDM Red Hat is a role that works to build strong relationships with partners and monitor their experience with a product or service. The primary goal of BDM is to meet the needs of partners and receive the highest ROI possible for the product or service. And to ensure that partner is able to partnership, sell Red Hat products and grow business with Red Hat.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
  • Serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, keen on educating partners on the capabilities of Red Hat product/service, certification, accreditation, POC.
  • Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual partner success reports to ensure customers optimize Red Hat product/service, issues are resolved proactively, and customer goals are met.
  • Ensure partners achieve their KPI.
  • Identify and prioritize product/service updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market and competitor trends and report to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate with partners to meet needs and long-term goals, gather and deliver information between internal and external teams, track and optimize partner success metrics.
  • Fair understanding of end customer adoption of technology and solutions.
  • Work independently.
  • Passion to work in the technology industry.
  • Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player and customer oriented.
  • Ability to present and articulate well.
Requirements
