Overview / Purpose of the position
To achieve sales targets to grow the BSI Indonesia Training Academy.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Commercial
- To achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.
- Prospect and pursue new business to expand the client reach of BS
- Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business
>Manage, maintain, and update key stakeholders’ information in Salesforce to ensure current contacts remain relevant
- Work with the line manager to partner with resellers, referrals, and partnership organizations to co-create value with BSI
Product Knowledge
- Articulate why BSI training is the market leader in assurance training.
- Apply product features and benefits to customers’ needs to win business.
- Articulate BSI’s training products and qualifications to generate returning client sales.
- Apply knowledge of competitors explain the full business advantages of BSI products.
- Understand robust training delivery model and promotional tactics.
Customer Focus
- Can articulate to clients the value of using the portfolio of BSI products and services to meet their needs.
- Able to interpret data and information about the Customer to solve problems, add value, and exceed expectations.
- Can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the markets, anticipate developments, and engage with customers on how to improve performance.
- Able to demonstrate high quality and reliability in the delivery of the activity
Person Specification
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in Sales
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in the training business in the Indonesian market. A good grasp of the ISO assurance training market will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of training business with a proven revenue growth record.
- Deep social media and digital marketing knowledge and proven experience.
- Experience preferably in commercial events/training/publishing or related.
- Excellent in presentation skills.

Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above
