Business Development Manager - Premium Clinic

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth through performance analysis, strategic partnerships, and data-driven decision making. This role plays a key part in identifying new opportunities and strengthening collaborations with schools and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business and operational performance across units
  • Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools, institutions, and other businesses
  • Initiate, negotiate, and manage collaboration agreements
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to support growth initiatives
  • Support management in strategic planning and expansion decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Commercial roles
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and business performance
  • Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and presentations
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability
  • Background in healthcare, education, or service industry is a plus
