Job summary

Job description

Main responsibility

• Prepare, update, and issue customer quotations accurately and on time.
• Interpret and read technical drawings to support costing and quoting customer enquiries.
• Ensure timely communication and professional handling of customer inquiries, feedback and requests.
• Monitor project timelines, follow up on RFQ and track status of quotation submissions.
• Coordinate BD activities, including events, presentations, and customer visits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg. Operations and Engineering) to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts, documentation, and filing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in preparing quotations and working in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy for preparing quotations.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Self-motivated, result oriented, positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
