Business Development Digital Creative Agency
  • Strategically identify new business opportunities and partnerships for Digital Marketing (Creative Agency) and E-Commerce
  • Create and deliver presentations/pitches to prospective partners/principals, showcasing ORBIZ’s added value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align client acquisition goals.
  • Deliver presentations, conduct contract negotiations, and close deals.
  • Develop strategies, planning, execution, and evaluation for client acquisition.
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain client retention.
  • Prepare and submit cooperation proposals (JBP) that include joint marketing strategies, business targets, and campaign plans to clients or partners.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends (data-driven) to create business growth strategies.

How many years' experience do you have as a Business Development Role?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (optional)
  • Previous experience in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability in sales, pitching products, and closing deals with prospective clients or business partners.
  • Effective Communication – able to deliver ideas and information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion – skilled in convincing prospective principals and achieving deal agreements.
