Maintain & update SKU-level dashboards (platform and hub) to highlight performance trends for Commercial and Operations teams.

Analyse category, SKUs, channel, and hub data to spot issues or growth levers and present practical, margin-focused recommendations.

Support Portfolio and Supply-Chain teams in shaping a healthy assortment and tracking its results.

Assist project managers on quality-control, sourcing, and pricing initiatives—co‑ordinating tasks, monitoring timelines, and consolidating post‑launch learnings.

Investigate quality incidents, run root‑cause analyses, and follow up with internal teams on agreed corrective actions.

Prepare concise insight packs (slides or dashboards) for management reviews and suggest incremental process improvements as the business scales.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.

Experience: Have experience in business analysis, category support, or commercial operations within retail/FMCG/e‑commerce/e‑groceries/fresh and frozen food.

Analytics Skills: Solid Excel/Google Sheets.

Retail Fluency: Comfortable with core metrics (margin %, velocity, OOS, Impression, CVR) and basic quality‑control concepts for fresh & frozen categories.

Soft Skills: Structured thinker who enjoys working with numbers, works well in cross‑functional teams, and adapts quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Mindset: Growth‑oriented, hands‑on, and proactive in spotting opportunities and driving small process tweaks to completion.
