Job Description

  1. Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  2. Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
  3. Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
  4. Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
  5. Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
  6. Analyzing market update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
  7. Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples: missing features, improvements, client feedback).
  8. In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
  9. Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
  10. Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major.
  2. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in financial company.
  3. Vast network in local brand/retail merchants preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
  5. Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
  7. Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
