This role combines Business Development, Account Management, and Contract Management. You will handle new business opportunities, manage inquiries from existing clients, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain contractual compliance for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within TRS and oilfield services.

Build and maintain relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and procurement teams.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, including tender/RFQ documentation.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline with regular follow-up.

Account Management (Light)

Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients and ensure timely responses.

Coordinate internally with other stakeholders to provide updates and follow-through on client requests.

Maintain professional and consistent communication to support client satisfaction.

Contract Management

Review and understand key contract terms including scope, pricing, payment terms, duration, cancellation clauses, and amendments.

Ensure proposals, invoices, and service delivery align with contract terms.

Track contract validity periods, renewals, and consumption of services/tools.

Maintain accurate contract documentation and updates in internal systems.

Coordinate with management or legal teams for contract clarifications or modifications.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in TRS, OCTG, inspection, or oil & gas service companies.

Basic understanding of TRS operations (make-up torque, handling tools, safety requirements).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.

Ability to understand and manage commercial contract terms.

Responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive.
