Job summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective, across all areas of the property.
- Inspect common areas and facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security.
- Respond promptly to operational issues, including tenant complaints, equipment failures, and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, service contracts, and incident reports.
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts by tracking operational expenses and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Coordinate with retail tenants and residential occupants to address operational needs, communicate building policies, and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee waste management and recycling programs, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness.
- Implement and monitor building access control systems, CCTV, and other security measures.
- Support capital improvement projects and renovations by coordinating logistics and minimizing disruption to tenants.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
