Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and fire safety equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, both preventive and corrective, across all areas of the property.
• Inspect common areas and facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Manage service providers and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, including tenant complaints, equipment failures, and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, service contracts, and incident reports.
• Support budgeting and cost control efforts by tracking operational expenses and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate with retail tenants and residential occupants to address operational needs, communicate building policies, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee waste management and recycling programs, ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness.
• Implement and monitor building access control systems, CCTV, and other security measures.
• Support capital improvement projects and renovations by coordinating logistics and minimizing disruption to tenants.

Requirements
