Certified for quality and safety, Hanna Glow delivers effective solutions inspired by nature and advanced cosmetic technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay Informed on Industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, consumer behavior trends, and analyze consumer behavior to determine consumer persona.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing strategies to elevate sales growth and brand presence within cross-functional divisions and report it on a monthly report to the BOD.
  • Led and directed the creative team to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, including the Graphic designer team, Content Creator team, and Creative Marketing Campaign Team.
  • Create Monthly Plan activation for Social Media.
  • Directing the activation of programs for both offline and online marketing initiatives
  • Create brand communication for the handled brand in a communication deck and regularly update and implement it while maintaining brand voice and brand identity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • Strong understanding of the skincare industry, including trends and consumer behavior.
  • 3 years of experience handling beauty brands with a proven track record in achieving sales growth.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
