Overview

Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Our first brand "Somethinc" was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce and modern trade with over 1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty industry within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
  • Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics; Marketing Plan and execution for both Above the Line, Below the Line & Digital Marketing.
Requirements
  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in brand management & marketing; with experience in leading a team.
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets.
  • Fluent in English are mandatory.
