About the role

As a Brand Manager at Asaba Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and driving the company's marketing efforts for Stationery Product. Based in our Jakarta office, this full‑time position will see you managing and enhancing the brand identity, positioning and overall reputation of Asaba Group within the industry.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Manage the brand's visual identity, including the design and rollout of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer perceptions and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track and analyse brand performance metrics to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and make recommendations for brand evolution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree for any Major (preferred from Economic, Marketing or Management).
  • Experience of at least 5 years as Product Manager, Brand Activation Manager or Marketing Manager.
  • Experience in Stationery Industry, Retail or FMCG Business.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience creating brand awareness, handling ATL & BTL activities.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in fluent English.
  • Willing to travel out of town frequently.
