Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated brand and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and position our product as a premium offering.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.

Lead content creation for campaigns, media relations, press releases, digital platforms, and product storytelling.

Manage brand assets, tone of voice, and visual guidelines in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Experience) to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine and sharpen brand strategies.

Build and manage relationships with media, KOLs/influencers, and PR agencies to drive brand visibility and credibility.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, communication, or marketing roles, preferably in premium/luxury or consumer goods industries.

Strong strategic thinking, creative communication skills, and a passion for building distinctive brands.

Proven experience in managing PR, media, and influencer engagement.

Solid understanding of digital and offline brand communication platforms and channels.

Excellent project management and leadership abilities.

Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
