Job summary

A hospitality service provider in Indonesia is seeking a Guest Service Agent to handle reservations and ensure cleanliness at the branch. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel or resort property.
• Ability to work on shift schedules and respond to urgent matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and inquire about their reservations.
• Check and confirm guest reservations in the PMS system.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox branch.

Job description

What you will do:

• To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner
• Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system
• Ask for the guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form is filled correctly
• To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Branch Leader
• Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch(pod and public area)
• Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded.

• Willing to work on the shift schedule
• Willing to work outside time schedule if there are urgent matters
