The Branch Manager will oversee all operations and business activities within the assigned branch, ensuring the highest quality of corporate services and client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, business development, financial management, and operational oversight, driving branch performance in line with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Law, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Area/Branch/Regional Management roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in consulting, corporate services, or professional services firms.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business regulations, compliance processes, and corporate service operations.
- Proven business development capability, client relationship management, and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English is a Mandatory (Professional Level).
The position placement is for several cities such as Semarang, Surabaya, Bali and Batam.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch activities across corporate services, including business setup, accounting, tax, HR, immigration, and licensing.
- Supervise and develop a team of consultants and support staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure branch compliance with company policies, service standards, and government regulations.
- Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue growth targets through effective client acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Represent the branch in networking events, seminars, and business forums to enhance visibility and business reach.
- Monitor branch P&L, financial performance, and budget management.
- Implement cost-effective practices to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Provide insights on local market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to support national strategy.
- Collaborate with HQ and other branches to ensure operational consistency and service excellence.
