Job summary

A construction company is seeking a CSA BIM Operator. Responsibilities include developing and updating BIM models, assisting in creating deliverables, and identifying discrepancies. Candidates should have a Diploma in Civil or Architecture, and experience with AutoCAD and REVIT is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. The job is based in Karawang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with proven BIM abilities are welcome.
• Minimum 3 years of experience drawing DED & creating Shop Drawings in REVIT is an advantage.
• Has experience as CSA BIM Operator for a general contractor/subcontractor is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist CSA BIM Coordinators in creating and updating BIM Models.
• Identify discrepancies or potential clash issues.
• Create and update CSA BIM Models based on Project BIM Execution Plan.

Job description

Responsible for development of one or more aspect models as instructed by the Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators.

Assist Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the entire project life cycle.

Create and update Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Models based on Project BIM Execution Plan.

Produce Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM deliverables for design coordination and shop drawings production.

Identify issues for Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Coordinators where discrepancies or potential clash issue occurs.

Create REVIT parametric BIM families (CSA) with minimum LOD 400 requirements.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Degree from Civil or Architecture engineering.

Fluent English both Oral and Written is a must.

Fresh graduates with proven record BIM abilities as required are welcome.

Has experience as Civil, Structure & Architecture (CSA) BIM Operator for a general contractor / subcontractor is an advantage.

Proficient with AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT.

Has the ability to create REVIT parametric BIM families with minimum LOD 300 requirements.

Minimum 3 years of experience drawing DED (Detail Engineering Design) & experienced creating Shop Drawings fully in REVIT will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills.

Familiar working with deadlines.
