General Requirements:

• 5 Years' experience in the same positions
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Hotel background preferred
• Resolves problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
• Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
• Good attitude & bright personality
• Able to work with hotel operational system (VHP)
• Willing to be placed at Bess Resort Hotel Lawang Malang
