A leading kitchen and houseware company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of corporate sales experience and strong communication skills. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives and exploring new business opportunities. A proactive 'hunter' mentality and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that covers sales strategies, revenue growth, and expense management.
Set individual sales targets and support the sales team to achieve them.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and market presence.
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Grow the value of existing clients while attracting new customers.
Explore and develop new markets to drive sales expansion.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
Set and track development goals for the business growth team, ensuring targets are met.
Understand customer needs and how our products and services can meet those needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate sales, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in a B2B environment.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Proactive, with a "hunter" mentality to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proven ability in customer relationship management.
Leadership qualities and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
