Description:

Job Description

  • End-to-End management of CME design principles and policies, solution and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) management, including budget oversight.
  • Ensure Site CME compliance with design principles (Power Capacity, Site space, Cooling requirements, Power needs).
  • Perform analysis, design, and solution development for programs and initiatives (CME Program, RAN, and Transport), with alignment to SEC reviews.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical issues related to CME within RAN – Transport planning engineering division.
  • Manage and lead CME activities related to design and solutions, including escalations from other domains concerning technical design.
  • Collaborate closely with the CME VP to address obstacles and escalations in daily planning tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure planning, project, or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of rectifier systems, batteries, monitoring systems, generators, cooling systems, and telco equipment.
  • Experience in analyzing and aligning end-to-end design solutions in CME.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, open-minded to new technologies.
  • Sense of ownership and proactive approach.
  • Ability to select methods, specify materials, and determine technical requirements to meet performance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in handling escalations from regional or circle teams.
