Summaries of Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales activities for Wedding, MICE and events business (Australian Market)
  • Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities in Australian markets
  • Proactively sell the hotels' event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas
  • Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
  • Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies
Requirements
  • Exclusive opportunity for Australian Expatriate
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the 5 Stars or luxury resort; especially in handling Australian wedding, events and catering
  • Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
  • A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
