As an Associate Manager, Project Engineering, you will be responsible for managing daily engineering department activities and communicating with regional engineering to design new processes, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures. Drive capability building of engineering and maintenance teams by supporting maintenance teams in problem‑solving, analyzing line losses, line breakdowns, developing and implementing Engineering Best Practices in the plant. Coach and train cross‑functional knowledge transfer to enhance skills and capabilities across the site.
