Responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, journal postings and reconciliations.
• Provide complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision‑making.
• Provide analytics to business initiatives, typically representing a sub‑function within finance for a particular business.
• Support policy and process improvement and identify opportunities.
• Identify issues and propose solutions.
• Represent finance on cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare and review financial information related to indirect tax matters (VAT, WHT).
• Prepare and review local financial statement and any other related accounting compliance work.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role (audit experience is a plus).
• Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
• Experience in using SAP (is a plus).
