We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to oversee and grow our business in the assigned territory. This role focuses on managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and expanding market reach for our aesthetic medical devices. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, driving user engagement, and supporting local marketing initiatives in collaboration with the clinical and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client visits and provide post-sales support.
  • Follow up on repeat orders, consumables, and service needs.
  • Organize and manage product demonstrations with internal team support.
  • Follow up after demos and convert leads into sales.
  • Coordinate with clinical trainers to ensure proper user education.
  • Work with marketing to execute promotions, workshops, and local events.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports (call reports, pipeline, revenue).
  • Track and analyze sales data to improve strategy and performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and treatment protocols.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company SOP and industry standards.
  • Attend workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions to expand network.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and clinic owners within the area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic medical device sales, especially Energy-Based Devices (ex. Laser, Monopolar RF, Microneedling RF, etc.)
  • Proven sales record in the aesthetic/dermatology industry.
  • Familiar with client handling: aesthetic GPs, dermatologists, or plastic surgeons.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal‑oriented, proactive, and independent.
  • Willing to travel for client visits, demos, and events.
