Job Desc :

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the team's sales performance and provide analysis for performance improvement.
  • Develop marketing activities to attract prospects and support the sales process of vehicle units according to targets.
  • Ensure the sales team possesses the necessary skills through regular training and preparation to sell various types of vehicles.
  • Monitor and oversee the sales team's activities to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze automotive market trends, prepare forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations based on data.
  • Ensure all sales processes are carried out in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Lead strategic projects such as new product launches or promotions to enhance sales performance.
  • Establish effective communication with various stakeholders to support the achievement of company targets

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management, Communication, Marketing, or Finance.
