About the role

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor product quality at all stages of production
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues
• Analysing quality data and producing detailed reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality problems and enhance processes
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal quality policies

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Supervisor in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and identify root causes
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with quality management systems and industry best practices
• Relevant degree or certification in a related field (e.g. Quality Assurance, FSSC, HACCP, Halal)
