Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting to oversee the Purchase-to-Pay process and support budgeting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Strong English skills and proficiency in accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics Navision are required. This position offers a chance to work with top brands and contribute to financial strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Management role.
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of Chart of Accounts (COA).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Purchase-to-Pay process including order verification.
  • Perform COGS calculation and define related journal entries.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing KPI reports.

Job Description

  • Oversee the Purchase-to-Pay process, including order verification, invoice processing, and ERP-based transactions.
  • Review and implement Fixed Assets records and policies Monitor CIP transactions and investment records.
  • Review inventory movements , stock reports, and valuation.
  • Perform COGS calculation and define related journal entries for financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing KPI reports related to production calculations.
  • Handle financial audits conducted by external auditors.

Requirement

  • Male or Female, 28 years and above .
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Management role.
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of Chart of Accounts (COA) per group finance manual.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision (preferred), SAP , or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
