We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant/Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in the growing fashion and lifestyle pet industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing 360° marketing strategies that cover both B2C and B2B markets, ensuring brand growth across offline and online channels, including retail stores, events, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the pet fashion & lifestyle segment.
- Assist in budget allocation, tracking, and reporting of marketing activities.
Brand & Communication
- Execute brand communication aligned with the company vision across offline stores, e-commerce, and B2B partners.
- Manage content creation for social media, digital ads, PR, and offline campaigns to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Coordinate 360° marketing communications, including digital, retail promotions, events, and partnerships.
Digital & E-commerce
- Oversee campaign execution across social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital ads.
- Monitor and optimize online performance (traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
- Work with the creative and e-commerce teams to enhance product visibility and online campaigns.
B2B & Partnerships
- Support marketing activations for B2B clients (retail partners, pet stores, cafes, grooming services).
- Collaborate with business development teams for joint promotions, trade shows, and partnership events.
Events & Offline Marketing
- Coordinate in-store promotions, product launches, and community engagement events (pet fairs, exhibitions).
- Ensure smooth execution of brand presence in offline channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs across online and offline marketing channels.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for future campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing (fashion, lifestyle, pet industry, or FMCG preferred).
- Hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Familiar with 360 marketing communication, including digital, offline, and partnership activations.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and pet culture.
- Good understanding of branding, event management, and trade marketing.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel for events and offline activations.
