We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Commercial Manager to join our fast‑growing footwear retail team. This role plays a key part in driving commercial performance through strategic planning, in depth data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a strong focus on footwear products.
Support the implementation of commercial strategies to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets for footwear categories.
Collaborate closely with Buying and Planning teams to ensure optimal product assortment, size curve, and inventory levels for footwear.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, sell through, and stock aging of footwear products; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct regular store visits and competitor analysis to identify footwear trends, pricing strategies, and market opportunities.
Work closely with Buyers, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure accurate in‑store execution and reporting of footwear merchandise.
Prepare detailed commercial and analytical reports (weekly/monthly) to support decision‑making for the Commercial Manager.
Provide timely feedback to concept, design, and buying teams to ensure alignment with market demand, customer preferences, and current footwear trends.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
At least 3 years of experience in commercial, buying, merchandising, or planning roles, preferably within footwear retail.
Strong understanding of footwear trends, product lifecycle, and retail business dynamics.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Good understanding of footwear retail operations and consumer behavior.
Detail oriented, proactive, and collaborative with strong teamwork skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Willing to be based in Karawaci.
