Qualifications
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or related industry (1)
  • Min. education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing Management, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (1)
  • Good understanding of sales processes, customer management, and Customer Relationship Management (1)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor (English proficiency is a plus) (1)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and responsible (1)
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 1 year as a supervisor in a 3 star hotel or equivalent (2)
  • Min. education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in hospitality or F&B (2)
  • Capable of leading and training a team, as well as managing daily operations (scheduling, task assignments) (2)
  • Well-versed in F&B procedures, cost control, and hygiene standards (2)
