A leading lubricant manufacturer is seeking an Area Sales Manager B2C for regions such as Batam, Pekanbaru, and Bali Nusra. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and providing customer support. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, alongside strong negotiation and organizational skills.
2 - 5 years of sales experience (B2C) in lubricant / automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability.
Able to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their needs and challenges.
Good understanding of the lubricant market and competition in Indonesia.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
