We’re looking for 3 results-driven Area Sales Managers to grow OUJI’s presence across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) in Bandung, Surabaya, or Batam.

What you’ll do

• Appoint and manage local distributors
• Drive sales growth and achieve area targets
• Lead GT & MT operations, including listings, merchandising, and MSL compliance
• Strengthen distributor performance, RTM execution, and outlet coverage
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, POSM execution, and stock availability
• Lead and develop the sales & merchandising team

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ FMCG experience handling GT & MT (home care/detergent is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of MT operations and GT distribution
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
• Good network with reputable local FMCG distributors
